Blue eyes are actually one of favorite eye colors, since I too have blue eyes! To specifically make your eyes dramatically bold, I suggest colors such ash browns, greys, golds, rusty peaches or plums. As we know, metallics are hot right now and they are easy to use alone. Just apply them to the lid and crease.
